Sheet Metal Stamping​

We manufacture precision stamped metal parts for the electrical, electronics and air-conditioning industries, transforming sheet metal in coil or blank form into accurate, repeatable components built to each customer’s specification.

Our stamping is supported by a full range of press lines — single and manual presses for lower-volume and specialised work, progressive press lines for high-volume production, and special presses for parts that demand greater tonnage or complex forming. This range lets us handle everything from prototype runs through to large-scale production without outsourcing, keeping quality and lead time under our own control.

Beyond the press, our secondary processing capability allows us to complete parts in-house — so customers receive finished, ready-to-use components rather than half-made parts that need further work elsewhere. The result is consistent output, fewer suppliers to manage, and parts that meet the safety and dimensional standards our customers’ end products depend on.

Precision Tool & Die

We design and build our own precision tools and dies in-house, giving us complete control over the heart of the stamping process. Rather than depending on outside tooling suppliers, we develop the dies and jigs used in stamping, welding and quality-checking ourselves — from first design through to fabrication.

Our die fabrication is carried out using CNC and wire-cut machining together with computer-aided manufacturing (CAM) software, allowing us to produce tooling to tight tolerances and reproduce it reliably over time.

This in-house expertise is a practical advantage for our customers. We hold tighter control over tooling quality, and we have the flexibility to maintain, repair and modify dies and jigs as designs evolve — making adjustments quickly and on our own schedule, instead of waiting on a third party. For customers, that means shorter development cycles and dependable supply over the full life of a part.

Auto Machines, Jigs & Fixtures

We engineer automated machines, jigs and fixtures that streamline both production and assembly. These purpose-built tools position and hold parts accurately during stamping, welding and sub-assembly, removing the variation that comes with manual handling.

By building automation and fixturing around each job, we increase throughput while keeping output consistent from the first part to the last — an essential discipline when supplying safety-critical components where every unit must meet the same standard.

This capability also supports our sub-assembly services: where customers need two or more of our parts combined into a finished component, our jigs and fixtures ensure each assembly is built correctly and repeatably before it leaves our floor.
